Dunkin Restaurant Manager (South Orange)

Job Description:

Looking for a Managers for Dunkin Donuts. MUST have at least 6 months of current Dunkin Experience as a Shift Leader or above within the last 12 month. Restaurant Managers develop a team of dedicated people delivering great guest experiences and profitable top line sales. They are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin' Donuts standards.

Qualifications:

Able to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing (English) Math and financial management Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience High school diploma (or equivalent) Job requires: Operations Excellence for Guest Satisfaction Helping guest and providing great customer service Preparing food and beverages for the guest Keeping store clean Ordering products / inventory Baking products Scheduling Cash management Problem Solving and Decision Making Building an effective Team Requires being able to get to work on their own and on time (Must have a form of transportation) Responsible for the store 24/7 Should be good at working as a team and communicating with guest and crew Must be able to work under pressure Must be responsible and reliable Looking for energetic applicants Must be able to give direction Need to have basic computer skills (email, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, internet, etc) Looking for a Managers for Dunkin Donuts.
