Buffalo Wild Wings GO - Shift Manager Position Summary The Shift Manager is responsible for leading restaurant operations during assigned shifts while ensuring excellent guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and team performance. This role serves as the on-duty leader, supporting daily execution, coaching team members, and maintaining Buffalo Wild Wings brand standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise all restaurant operations during assigned shifts Ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and outstanding guest service Manage team member performance , including direction, coaching, and accountability Oversee food preparation, cooking, and execution in accordance with brand standards Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently met Complete opening and closing procedures , including cash handling and system checks Monitor and control labor deployment to meet business needs Assist with inventory management , stocking, and waste control Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in real time Ensure employee meals and purchases are properly rung in and tracked Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Execute directives, tasks, and initiatives as assigned by upper management Qualifications Previous restaurant or quick-service leadership experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (ServSafe preferred) Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Competitive pay with growth potential Leadership development and advancement opportunities Structured systems and support A performance-driven, team-oriented work culture
