$25.00-$28.00 per hour Stanton Ridge Golf & Country Club, part of the Heritage Golf Group portfolio, is seeking an experienced and dependable Restaurant Manager to lead evening dining operations and provide an exceptional experience for our members and guests. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team, maintaining high service standards, and creating a welcoming environment. This position will oversee dinner service, support and develop the service team, and ensure smooth restaurant operations through closing each night. Position Details Full-time position $25.00-$28.00 per hour, based on experience Five-day workweek Typical schedule: 3:00 p.m. through closing Paid time off Comprehensive benefits package Reports to the Food & Beverage Director Evening, weekend, holiday, and club-event availability required Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant, bar, patio, and service-area operations during evening service Review reservations, special requests, events, and anticipated business levels prior to service Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate menu updates, specials, reservations, events, and service expectations Create floor plans, table assignments, and server sections Delegate opening and service-preparation responsibilities to servers, bartenders, hosts, food runners, and support staff Ensure dining and service areas are properly prepared prior to member and guest arrival Lead and supervise the service team throughout dinner service Maintain professional, attentive, and member-focused service standards Work closely with the culinary team to ensure accurate and timely food service Provide hands-on support to the team during busy periods Address member and guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally Train, coach, and develop service employees Monitor employee performance, attendance, appearance, and adherence to club standards Oversee closing procedures, including service-area inspections, cash handling, POS reconciliation, and securing the restaurant Maintain compliance with food safety, alcohol service, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements Assist the Food & Beverage Director with scheduling, inventory, cost controls, staff development, and operational improvements Support private events, golf outings, member functions, and other club activities as needed Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience required Country club, hotel, resort, or upscale dining experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, delegation, and organizational skills Professional appearance and a hospitality-focused approach Ability to lead an evening operation independently and make sound decisions Ability to coach employees and hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive work environment Knowledge of food and beverage service standards Experience with employee scheduling, training, inventory, and cost controls preferred Familiarity with point-of-sale and reservation systems Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events Alcohol-service and food-safety certifications preferred About Stanton Ridge Stanton Ridge Golf & Country Club provides members and guests with a welcoming private-club experience centered around exceptional service, quality dining, golf, recreation, and special events.
