Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards across all kitchen functions. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting. Conduct staff interviews, assist with hiring decisions, and implement ongoing training programs to develop team skills. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for growth and cost savings while maintaining excellent customer service. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business. Coordinate shift schedules, manage labor costs, and ensure proper staffing levels for peak times. Enforce food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and health regulations consistently across the restaurant. Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, staff training, and leadership skills. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling and basic math is essential. Familiarity with food preparation techniques, kitchen management, inventory control, and food safety standards. Excellent communication skills for managerial communication, staff development, and customer interaction. Ability to manage shift operations efficiently while balancing customer service excellence with operational requirements. Experience with budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and cost control strategies within a hospitality setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
