Duties Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and overseeing food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met. Lead and motivate a diverse team of servers, cooks, and support staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives. Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and reducing waste to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols. Handle cash management duties such as POS system operation, cash handling procedures, and daily financial reconciliation. Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage food production schedules, oversee food quality, and implement menu changes or specials as needed. Requirements Proven management experience within the food service industry, ideally in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management with fine dining or catering experience preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and experience with cash handling are essential. Demonstrated supervisory skills with a focus on staff training & development, team management, and interviewing potential team members. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health regulations applicable to restaurants. Exceptional customer service skills coupled with leadership ability to inspire a positive team culture. Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and implementing food & labor cost strategies.
