Now Hiring:

Assistant Restaurant Manager Sonic Drive-In in Farmington is looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations. You'll support the General Manager, train and coach the team, and make sure every guest has a great experience — fast, friendly, and consistent.

What You'll Do:

Train, monitor, and coach Team Members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops Direct staff to keep food service on standard Enforce restaurant policies and the employee handbook Open and/or close the restaurant Manage staffing levels, inventory, and food cost Complete weekly inventory Handle admin duties: files, records, required documentation Resolve guest complaints and reinforce a customer-first culture

What You Need:

Restaurant or QSR management experience (6+ months) OR 1+ year entry-level retail management Ability to run a shift without supervision Strong communication, basic math, and computer skills Ability to multi-task and problem-solve independently Availability for irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays Willingness to follow SONIC's appearance and hygiene standards Ready to lead a team and grow your career?
