You support daily operations, lead and develop team members, maintain quality standards, and ensure every guest receives the warm, attentive Family Style Service that defines Caesars Entertainment. Your leadership keeps the restaurant running smoothly and creates an environment where both guests and employees feel valued. How You Will Create the Extraordinary Maintain overall cleanliness, organization, and operational flow of the restaurant Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members Assist in creating and managing staff schedules Demonstrate strong knowledge of IPA and Craft Beer types, styles, glassware, and characteristics Assist with inventory control of food products and supplies Train, evaluate, and coach employees to support their growth and performance Provide friendly, courteous service to all guests Assist in resolving guest concerns and promote positive guest relations Perform additional duties as assigned to support the department Must be available for scheduled shifts Model Caesars Entertainment's Family Style Service at all times What You Will Need To perform this role successfully, you must be able to complete each essential duty with excellence. Requirements include:
