Responsibilities include:

(but aren't limited to) ~Following Protocols and guidelines to ensure consistent restaurant operations ~Ensuring Quality Control Standards are being met -Inventory Management -Weekly scheduling and real time schedule adjustments ~Employee Hiring, Training, and Oversight ~Maximizing Guest Experiences ~Ensuring Proper Cash Handling Procedures ~Analysis and Oversight of Controllable Metrics such as Food and Labor Costs Competitive pay and room for advancement within organization.
