The final offer will be based on the candidate's specific experience and geographic work location•The Wendys Assistant Manager assists with overseeing all operations of the Dunkin restaurant within a quick service restaurant (QSR) in a multi-concept travel center. This role ensures excellent guest service, brand-standard execution, and strong financial performance. Responsibilities include assisting the General Manager in hiring, training, scheduling, and developing team members while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The position operates in a high-volume setting with peak rush periods that require strong multitasking, active leadership, and a calm, solutions-focused approach.
