Job Description
Backbar is seeking a reliable, motivated Shack Manager to take ownership of our outdoor Shack operation in Hudson, NY. This is a hands-on position for someone who can independently manage the Shack, provide great guest service, and keep the space organized and operating smoothly throughout each shift. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operation of the Backbar Shack Prepare and serve available food and beverage items Provide friendly and efficient guest service Process guest orders and payments Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs Handle opening and closing duties Help develop creative ideas and specials to drive Shack sales Take ownership of keeping the Shack open, active, and guest-ready during scheduled hours Schedule Seasonal position running approximately September through December . Evening and weekend availability may be required. Compensation Tipped position with additional earnings based on sales and gratuities. Qualifications We're looking for someone dependable, proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently. Restaurant, bar, hospitality, or supervisory experience is preferred.
