$75,000-85,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily Front of House Deliver exceptional guest service and maximize customer satisfaction Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Organize and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Assist the General Manager with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding team members Train and develop staff to ensure proper service standards are met Drive sales and profitability through leadership and execution

Qualifications:

3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting ($9M-$11M in annual sales) Proven track record as a successful and hands-on leader Ability to work 11-hour shifts as needed Strong problem-solving and team development skills Tequila knowledge a plus!
