Bar Manager

Part-Time Bar Manager / Bartender We are seeking a motivated and experienced hospitality professional to join our team in a dual-role position as a Part-Time Bar Manager and Bartender. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team while remaining actively involved in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day bar operations during scheduled shifts Support, mentor, and oversee bartenders and front-of-house staff Provide exceptional bartending and guest service as needed Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and maintain organization of bar supplies Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and liquor regulations Address guest concerns promptly and professionally Help maintain a positive, efficient, and team-focused work environment

Qualifications:

Previous management, supervisory, or lead bartender experience preferred Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, craft cocktails, wine, and spirits Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Dependable, organized, and team-oriented

Schedule:
