Job Description

Location:
Ithaca, NY Salary:
$150k-$200k + bonus
Benefits:
M/D/V, PTO, relocation etc. Looking for a General Manager to oversee a NEW Multi Unit project including a find dining restaurant, members only club, Spa and Guest Rooms in the finger lakes.
Qualifications:
Fine dining restaurant management experience Experience training and developing FOH staff, scheduling and inventory Opening experience preferred Private Club experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all service operations Develop and maintain high hospitality and guest experience standards Train, coach, and mentor managers, servers, bartenders, and support staff Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and operational consistency Handle guest concerns and resolve service issues professionally Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless execution Analyze labor, sales, and guest feedback to improve performance Create staffing plans and oversee scheduling needs Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development programs Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies Drive revenue through service excellence, upselling, and operational improvements Assist with opening new locations, service rollouts, and special events when needed
