SHIFT MANAGER- Afternoon & Evening & Overnight This is a High Volume, High Energy, location with OVER 30 crew members. All candidates must be available to work Weekend and night Shifts. We love our customers and we love our crew members. Our focus is food, fun and family. We're looking for the right person to assist our General Managers and to help lead our crew and our store to the top. This position provides the opportunity for promotion within our organization and the possibility of a salaried position.

Position Summary:

The Shift Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager and First Assistant Manager with all day to day restaurant operations, crew member performance, inventory, quality control, implementing new products and standards. This includes staffing development and training, adherence and maintenance of all Corporate and State policies and procedures. The Shift Manager is responsible for developing and leading crew members in implementing changes and results. We are looking for a strong leader who works well with others, can communicate effectively and clearly and motivate their team to get results.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day management of the restaurant - Schedules, Inventory, Counter Orders, Mobile and UberEats Orders, Implementing New Products and Procedures. Adherence to Company Policy in all areas including cash handling, payment procedures and HR, crew member training in all areas of policy and procedure. Providing leadership and motivation to our crew members. Establish and execute high standards of food quality and compliance to Health Department Laws for Inspections. Provide excellent customer service to our new and returning customers. Manage staffing and scheduling needs including crew member training and break policy. Preparing Location for Corporate and Owner visits.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

High School Diploma Required. Minimum of 1 year of Shift Manager experience in McDonald's Hourly Wage is dependent upon professional experience, knowledge of ISP and POS systems and level of expertise in a fast food environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. English Mandatory and Spanish a plus. Capable of working flexible hours, days, shifts, including holidays. Knowledge of standard office equipment including PC, copier, fax machine and printer. Food Safety Certificate Must have proven Leadership Skills and be able to work well with others and communicate effectively and clearly.
