This is a highly visible leadership role that requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a passion for service excellence. Responsibilities Lead all banquet operations from event setup through breakdown Supervise, schedule, coach, and motivate banquet staff Execute events according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) Partner with Sales, Catering, Culinary, and Hotel Operations to ensure flawless event execution Ensure banquet rooms are properly prepared, maintained, and guest-ready Maintain exceptional service standards throughout every event Monitor staffing levels and labor costs Manage banquet equipment, inventory, and supplies Address guest requests and resolve concerns professionally Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards Jump in wherever needed to support the team and ensure successful events What We're Looking For We're searching for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading by example and creating memorable guest experiences. Qualifications Previous experience as a Banquet Manager, Banquet Captain, Event Manager, Catering Manager, or similar hospitality leadership role Hotel, resort, conference center, or upscale event venue experience preferred Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and guest service abilities Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift banquet equipment as needed Why You'll Love Working Here No two days are the same.
