Overview We're looking for a motivated Shift Manager to help lead daily operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives under pressure, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Lead daily shift operations and support a positive team environment. Train, and motivate team members. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns. Oversee food preparation, food safety, and cleanliness standards. Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and restock supplies. Operate POS systems and handle cash accurately. Qualifications 1+ year of leadership experience in a quick-service restaurant or culinary environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with food safety, cash handling, and customer service. Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as well.
