Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns. Oversee food preparation, food safety, and cleanliness standards. Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and restock supplies. Operate POS systems and handle cash accurately. Qualifications 1+ year of leadership experience in a quick-service restaurant or culinary environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with food safety, cash handling, and customer service. Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as well.
