Black Pearl Seafood Chophouse is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. We are a high-volume fine dining restaurant and catering venue, looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations Support and lead front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards Ensure an outstanding dining experience for all guests Help manage staffing, scheduling, and team development Coordinate and support catering events and on-site functions Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume fine dining restaurants Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure Catering or event experience preferred Professional demeanor with a focus on hospitality excellence

$75,000.00 - $82,500.00 per year
