Job Description

Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace is growing — with new stores on the way — and we're looking for a passionate Seafood Manager to join our Port Washington team! If you have a love for seafood, leadership experience, and thrive in a fast-paced gourmet environment, this is your chance to make a splash.
What You'll Do:
Oversee our Port Washington Seafood Department including all operations, displays, staffing, scheduling, inventory, storage, etc. Manage inventory, pricing, and displays to maximize freshness and appeal Ensure top-notch quality, safety, and compliance with all food regulations Train, mentor, and support seafood staff across multiple locations Deliver an outstanding customer experience — from seafood prep advice to sustainability education
What We're Looking For:
HS Diploma or equivalent 5+ years seafood department experience (3+ in management) Strong knowledge of seafood prep, displays, and operations Culinary training a plus (fileting, cooking, inventory management) Proven leadership and team-building skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a high-volume, customer-focused environment Why Join Uncle Giuseppe's?
