Responsibilities Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service quality, and staff management Supervise and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth workflow during busy hours Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food production to minimize waste and control costs Train new staff members on POS systems, along with food handling procedures and customer service protocols Monitor cash handling procedures, reconcile cash registers, and ensure accurate financial transactions Enforce compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all restaurant operations Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations Demonstrated supervisory or managerial experience within hospitality or restaurant settings Knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and inventory management is essential Familiarity with food safety management practices and health regulations Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and manage hospitality teams effectively Excellent communication skills for managerial conversations, staff training, and customer interactions Basic math skills for budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and order calculations Experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership can elevate our restaurant's success!
