General/Assistant Manager:

We're looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our fast-paced smoothie and food restaurant. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure food quality, safety, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Manage daily cafe operations and ensure excellent customer service Train, coach, and develop team members Oversee food preparation, quality, and food safety standards Create staff schedules and manage labor efficiently Monitor inventory, place orders, and reduce waste Operate and oversee POS systems and cash handling Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming cafe Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant management experience (quick service or fast casual preferred) Strong leadership and team-building skills Experience with inventory, scheduling, and daily operations Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Join Us?
