Assistant House Manager

1 year of I/DD experience required

Hours:

Sunday 9am-5pm, Monday-Thursday 3pm-11pm

Hourly Rate Range:

$19.50

$20.50/hr + weekend differential! Full-Time

Assistant Managers provide person-centered support while assisting with staff supervision, training, scheduling, and documentation. They help ensure treatment plans and required records are completed, support coordination of medical appointments and transportation, and maintain communication with nurses, physicians, pharmacies, and day programs. Assistant Managers also help ensure the home remains safe and well-maintained. The role is hands-on and includes Direct Support Professional duties as needed.

We require:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid NYS Driver's License and maintain a qualified driver status throughout employment One (1) year of experience supporting people with disabilities Good verbal and written communication skills Good organizational and administrative skills AMAP certification

Will train/certify upon hire Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) is helpful.
