Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, maintaining high standards of food and service quality, and fostering a welcoming environment for all patrons. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of food service management to drive our team toward excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support personnel, ensuring smooth shift transitions and optimal team performance Oversee daily restaurant operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and customer flow to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and health regulations across all front-of-house activities Manage cash handling processes, POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and inventory control to maintain accuracy and accountability Train staff on customer service excellence, food handling protocols, and operational procedures to foster a professional and welcoming atmosphere Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to uphold our reputation for outstanding service Assist in budgeting, staffing schedules, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams, training staff, and supervising daily operations Familiarity with inventory control, food management, catering services, and kitchen management practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively and professionally Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel experience is a plus; assistant manager experience highly valued Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences through exceptional leadership!
