We are currently hiring a culinary-minded Chef with kitchen management experience to join our family restaurant team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality, consistency, and from-scratch cooking , while also understanding that a successful kitchen is built around teamwork. The right person will enjoy being hands-on in the kitchen, working alongside our team, and helping us continue to provide our guests with great food and a welcoming experience. What We're Looking For Culinary experience in a restaurant kitchen Previous kitchen management or leadership experience Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation A commitment to consistent quality and portion control Ability to lead, train, and work effectively with a kitchen team Strong organization and communication skills Ability to maintain cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen standards Someone who is dependable, hands-on, and willing to work as part of a team A genuine appreciation for working in a family-owned restaurant environment The Right Fit We're not just looking for someone to run a kitchen — we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team .
