DEMONSTRATES LEADERSHIP AND PASSION FOR SUCCESS WHILE LEADING THEIR TEAM
The Shift Manager provides leadership to the restaurant team on their shift. This leader maintains operations and drive results in the restaurant through people development, positive guest experience, cost control, and proper food safety practices. The Shift Manager assists the General manager to train and develop Team Members that share the Wingstop mission-To Serve the World Flavor. The Shift Manager must convey the Wingstop Way culture to the team and be a creative team player who is passionate about hard work, having fun, and demonstrating sincere dedication to the success of the brand. Wing Stop:
Physical Elements- Ability to stand for long periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (up to approximately 30 pounds as necessary)
- Ability to travel to other restaurants, Area Office, etc. as needed Equipment Use Performance Elements

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment that may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold or other elements
- Retention bonuses subject to completion of training, passing required Food Safety and Training tests, obtaining Servsafe certification, and successful completion of all job duties.
