Job Description

Assistant Manager - Golden Eagle Foods (Wendy's) Our Assistant Managers help run the restaurant, support the GM, and keep the operation sharp and energized. You lead the team, make key decisions, and help deliver fast, fresh, consistent experiences for every guest.

$40,000-$50,000 Annual Salary Monthly Bonus Potential Early paycheck access through Tapcheck Discounted meals during shifts Growth opportunities Personal Time Off & Birthday Day Off Supportive, fast-paced work culture Medical benefits 401(k) with company match A leadership environment built on teamwork and accountability What You'll Do Lead shift execution and support the GM in daily operations Coach, train, and develop Shift Managers & Crew Drive Wendy's standards for food safety, speed, accuracy, and hospitality Handle guest concerns professionally and confidently Manage labor, food cost, inventory levels, and waste controls Oversee opening & closing procedures and daily read-outs Maintain a clean, compliant restaurant at all times Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews Plan ahead for peak hours and keep the team ready Help drive sales, build guest loyalty, and improve key metrics
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager in QSR (preferably Wendy's or another fast-food restaurant) Strong communicator with a positive leadership style Reliable, punctual, coachable, and ready to grow Able to solve problems quickly and stay calm under pressure Comfortable leading a team during rushes and peak business Excited about growth, development, and taking on more responsibility Golden Eagle Foods is a people driven organization built on growth, teamwork, and strong leadership.
