What You'll Do Deliver exceptional customer service with every guest interaction. Lead, coach, and motivate team members throughout each shift. Ensure sandwiches are prepared quickly, accurately, and to Jimmy John's standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant environment. Assist with scheduling, shift management, inventory, and daily restaurant operations. Help create a positive, productive, and team-focused work environment. Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures. Step in wherever needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
