Full Time Nanny + Household Manager

Everly Nannies is actively placing for a full time Nanny + Household Manager position with a wonderful family in Avon Lake. This is a role for an experienced professional who knows how to run a full household, manage multiple children across different ages, and show up with consistency every single day. This is not an entry level position. If you are newer to nannying or still building your experience, this one is not the right fit, but we would still love to hear from you for future placements. The Family Four children ranging from toddler to school age, each with their own personality and needs. The household is active, structured, and full of life. Both parents work from home, so you will be running the day independently after an initial training period. The Role This is a full time, salaried position covering both childcare and household management. Your primary responsibility is the care, safety, development, and wellbeing of the children, supported by day to day household management. Beginning approximately five weeks into the role, roughly 8 hours per week will shift to dedicated Household Manager responsibilities, typically while children are at school or during naptime. These responsibilities include household maintenance (laundry, kitchen upkeep, restocking supplies), keeping high traffic areas organized (towels, shoes, pantry, children's clothing), seasonal clothing transitions, and general household support such as grocery ordering and travel packing assistance. •3:30 PM This role requires flexibility to accommodate school breaks, holidays, summer months, occasional evenings, and overnight childcare when needed. Overnight and Travel Coverage The family travels without the children periodically throughout the year and requires overnight coverage during those trips, separate from family vacations. Up to 10 overnight shifts per employment year are included in the salary; any additional overnights beyond that are compensated with a $100 stipend per night. A detailed itinerary, emergency contacts, and care instructions are provided ahead of each trip. Willingness to travel with the family when needed is also part of the role, with all reasonable travel expenses covered.
