Job Description
Kintaro is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will help oversee daily front-of-house operations while providing excellent customer service and supporting the restaurant management team. Responsibilities Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and takeout orders. Welcome and seat guests. Support servers and front-of-house staff during busy hours. Assist with opening and closing duties. Ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience. Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environment. Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
