Bowling Associate / Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a passion for ensuring guest satisfaction. You will play a key role in managing events, assisting with guest services, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. (If you are chemically dependent or a functioning Alcoholic please do not apply) Duties Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests and clients, ensuring a positive experience. Assist in the planning and execution of events, coordinating logistics and providing on-site support. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures. Address guest inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively, maintaining professionalism at all times. Support food service operations as needed, ensuring quality service and adherence to health standards. Engage in public speaking opportunities to promote events or services as necessary. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized environment for guests. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly. Experience in events management is a plus, with an understanding of logistics and coordination. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence in public speaking. Ability to perform cash handling duties accurately and responsibly. A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
