This energetic role requires a proactive leader who can manage daily hotel activities, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong multilingual and bilingual skills, with a passion for hospitality management, team leadership, and financial oversight. As an integral part of our team, you will champion guest service standards, optimize revenue management strategies, and foster a positive environment for staff and guests alike. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of multiple hospitality properties, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards. Supervise hospitality teams across departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services to maintain high-performance levels. Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management, cost control, and financial reporting to maximize profitability. Implement and monitor property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to streamline booking processes and improve guest experiences. Lead human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and maintaining employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with hotel guest service standards, health & safety regulations, and property policies to deliver outstanding guest relations. Utilize managerial communication skills to coordinate with staff, resolve guest issues promptly, and foster a collaborative team environment. Oversee night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems to ensure efficient front desk operations and accurate financial reconciliation. Maintain property management systems (PMS) for reservations, billing, and reporting purposes while ensuring data accuracy. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in customer service delivery, operational efficiency, and revenue growth strategies within the hospitality sector. Experience Proven supervisory experience in hotel or resort management with a strong background in overseeing hospitality teams. Extensive knowledge of hotel management operations including front desk procedures, night audit processes, and guest services standards. Experience managing hospitality budgets with a focus on financial management and revenue optimization. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation platforms, and resort-specific technology solutions. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing diverse teams across multiple departments within a hospitality environment. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests and staff members. Prior experience in human resources functions such as staffing, training programs, and employee relations is preferred. Knowledge of hotel guest service standards combined with excellent managerial communication skills to motivate teams and enhance guest satisfaction.
