We are interviewing District Managers with Full Service, Fast Casual and Quick Service restaurant background to oversee our Northern Ohio / Cleveland, Ohio area locations. Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple quick service restaurants within a designated district.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and restauran t profitability.
• Lead and mentor restaurant managers to ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee profit & loss statements and implement strategies to improve restaurant financial performance.
• Supervise and support restaurant managers and teams in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
