The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, solid beverage knowledge, and experience working in a busy tavern or restaurant environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily bar operations and service standards. Lead, schedule, and support bartenders and bar staff. Maintain appropriate beverage inventory and place supply orders as needed. Monitor beverage costs, waste, and product usage. Ensure cocktails and other beverages are prepared consistently. Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve service issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar. Train team members on service procedures and responsible alcohol practices. Coordinate with kitchen and management staff during busy shifts. Assist with opening, closing, cash handling, and daily operational tasks. Qualifications Previous bar management or lead bartender experience preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, spirits, and bar operations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience with POS systems and basic inventory control. Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Must meet applicable Ohio requirements for alcohol service.
