Job Description

General Manager PEC Management, the area's largest Burger King Franchisee, is looking for a General Manager to lead our team! The cornerstone of our success is the General Manager. These driven individuals, develop and support a customer- focused atmosphere while ensuring the highest levels of operational excellence in the restaurant. Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Accountability for the selection, training, coaching and performance of all Assistant Managers and Team Members.
  • Motivates and leads a team in a fast paced work environment.
  • Responsibility for restaurant's P&L performance through effective food and labor management, while maintaining daily controls.
  • Execution of all training and marketing programs and products.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of general manager experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality industry required.
  • Demonstrate strong people skills including the ability to develop a team and achieve results through others.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), solid planning and organizational skills are a must.
  • Open/flexible work availability
Job Type:
