Duties Lead and supervise all bar operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure seamless service delivery Oversee food and beverage preparation, ensuring quality standards are consistently met while maintaining efficient kitchen and bar workflows Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales reconciliation Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures across all areas of the bar and kitchen Train staff on customer service excellence, food preparation techniques, and safety protocols to foster a professional team environment Coordinate shift management, including opening and closing procedures, to guarantee smooth daily operations in a casual dining or bar setting Requirements Proven experience in restaurant or bar management with a strong background in food service management and supervising teams Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within a fast-paced environment Familiarity with inventory control practices, budgeting, and cost analysis in the food industry Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence in casual dining or fine dining settings Strong leadership abilities with experience in staff training, interviewing, and development to build high-performing teams Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and adhere to food safety standards at all times Join us as a Bar Manager where your leadership fuels an energetic atmosphere that delights guests while fostering a positive team environment.
