QSR District Manager Requirements & Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of multi-unit leadership with a QSR brand
- Proven ability to analyze financial reports and identify trends that drive profitability
- Food Safety Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general restaurant systems Must haves:
- Demonstrated success improving sales, guest satisfaction scores, and profitability across multiple locations
- Experience collaborating with General Managers to create and execute actionable P&L improvement plans
- Strong track record of coaching managers on labor efficiency, shift execution, and team engagement
- Experience conducting audits, inspections, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Ability to review budget performance, identify variances, and communicate action plans to senior leadership
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to step into restaurants, assess operational gaps, and implement corrective strategies
- Experience partnering with marketing on local initiatives to drive traffic and brand visibility
QSR District Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- College degree preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume QSR environment
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret KPIs and translate them into operational action
- Experience building bench strength and developing internal promotion pipelines
- High-energy, positive, customer-focused leadership style
- Ability to thrive in a fluid environment with changing priorities
- Creative problem solver who proactively identifies opportunities for operational improvement
