Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to member service standards and operational policies. Lead and supervise hospitality teams across departments such as front desk, food and beverage, and member services to ensure coordination. Implement and program restaurant POS system to optimize daily menu Coordinate human resources activities including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal regulations, and Club policies while maintaining a safe environment for members and staff. Conduct regular audits such as night audits to verify financial accuracy and operational integrity. Foster a culture of leadership within the team by promoting managerial communication skills and motivating staff toward shared goals. Charitable gaming knowledge a plus
