Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of a private organization within the hospitality sector. This pivotal role requires a passionate leader who can drive excellence across all facets of the organization, ensuring exceptional member experiences, operational efficiency, and financial success. The ideal candidate will possess hospitality management experience, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, and excel in managing diverse teams. As the face of the organization, you will foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork, high standards of service, and continuous improvement. Your proactive approach and strategic mindset will be instrumental in elevating the organization's reputation and operational performance. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to member service standards and operational policies. Lead and supervise hospitality teams across departments such as front desk, food and beverage, and member services to ensure coordination. Implement and program restaurant POS system to optimize daily menu Coordinate human resources activities including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal regulations, and Club policies while maintaining a safe environment for members and staff. Conduct regular audits such as night audits to verify financial accuracy and operational integrity. Foster a culture of leadership within the team by promoting managerial communication skills and motivating staff toward shared goals. Charitable gaming knowledge a plus
