This position is responsible for building joy and connection as we develop our Food & Beverage department. Lead approximately 40 seasonal team members as we significantly expand our food program and launch several new concepts for the 2026 season. This position does not need food service experience, as the primary goals are to build teams, grow leaders, enforce processes and maintain organization. A thoughtful, but enthusiastic proven leader with good energy will do well in this role. This position may be seasonal, but good performance will earn an opportunity to return in 2027. Food has become an increasingly important part of the Blooms & Berries experience. We expect to nearly double our food sales this season with expanded offerings such as our burger grill and pizza barn. Our long-term goal is to build a relationship with a leader who returns season after season, helping food become one of the signature experiences that guests associate with Blooms & Berries. In your CV, please tell us about the most successful team you've led and what you were responsible for. Adapt quickly as weather, crowds, and guest needs change. If necessary, develop and improve systems that increase efficiency without unnecessarily complicating operations. Ensure equipment is maintained, facilities remain clean and pass inspections, and all food safety standards are consistently followed. Purchase, oversee receiving, inventory control and vendor relationships. Monitor sales trends and adjust staffing and production accordingly. Work closely with ownership to continuously improve operational performance. What Success Looks Like Guests rave about the quality of our food, friendly service, and efficient operations. Food and labor costs remain on target while supporting record-breaking sales. Every food venue is clean, organized, safe, and operating efficiently. Leads grow professionally and can make decisions independently. Seasonal team members feel supported, valued, and excited to return next season. New protein operations launch successfully and become repeatable systems for future years.
