Temp-to-hire What your day-to-day will look like: Provide leadership and support to team members to ensure high standards of customer service, quality, and cleanliness Assist in achieving business profitability goals by helping manage sales growth, labor costs, food costs, and other controllable expenses Participate in team meetings and training programs Coach, mentor, and support team members as needed Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company standards Build positive working relationships with clients, company leadership, and team members Provide prompt, accurate, and professional communication to clients and management Support daily operational activities and help maintain efficient business performance At a minimum, you'll need: 2+ years of previous management or supervisory experience Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal Strong leadership and organizational abilities Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience handling cash, reconciling cash banks, and preparing reports Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of POS systems preferred ServSafe certification preferred
