Inspired by Sunday suppers and the warmth of family, Pepp & Dolores blends housemade pasta, carefully curated wines, and a vibrant, timeless atmosphere. We are thrilled to bring a brand-new location to Deerfield, Ohio ! To make this launch a massive success, we're looking for a dynamic Front of the House Hourly Manager to help lead shift operations on the floor. The Role As an FOH Hourly Manager , you aren't just running shifts—you're setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience from day one. You will work alongside our management team to supervise floor flow, support our servers, hosts, and bartenders during busy lunch and dinner services, handle guest relations, and champion our commitment to genuine, warm hospitality. What You'll Do Lead the
Floor:
Oversee daily dining room and bar operations, managing table turns, guest seating, and service pacing in a high-volume, opening environment.
Support & Mentor:
Assist with coaching, training, and supporting new FOH team members (servers, hosts, bussers, and bartenders) to uphold high service standards.
Champion Hospitality:
Be the face of the floor—engaging with guests, resolving issues on the spot, and creating welcoming, memorable dining experiences for our new community.
Maintain Operational Standards:
Oversee opening and closing shift checklists, cash handling, drawer reconciliations, and overall floor cleanliness.
What We're Looking For Experience:
2+ years of high-volume restaurant experience (FOH shift leader, lead server/bartender, or floor supervisor experience preferred; new-store opening experience is a plus!).
Leadership:
A hands-on team player with strong communication skills and a passion for developing peers.
Operational Chops:
Basic understanding of POS systems, shift opening/closing procedures, and dynamic dining room management.
Vibe:
High energy, cool head under pressure, and a deep appreciation for hospitality, great food, and wine. Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
