Cintas is seeking a Corporate Accounts Payable Supervisor. Responsibilities include cross-training partners to ensure workflows are not disrupted; maintaining compliance with relevant policies and procedures, recommending changes as needed; preparing and verifying the accuracy of reports; maintaining open lines of communication; resolving banking, A/P and other issues from the field and/or strategic vendors; evaluating, recommending and implementing methods of cash management; assisting with integration of accounts payable of acquired companies; tracking non-conformance; identifying and communicating any trends; executing payment runs; and leadership management duties in coaching and mentoring partners, managing and leveraging resources, writing and conducting performance reviews, assisting direct reports with career development and assisting with recruiting talent.



Skills/Qualifications

Required:

High School Diploma/GEDProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internetMinimum 1 year experience managing, supervising or leading a team in an office environmentMinimum 2 years of experience in Vendor Management, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Accounting, or FinanceWorking knowledge of accounting, banking, finance, and accounts payable functionsWorking knowledge of SOX, audit controls, compliance requirements, and financial systems
