Assistant General Manager (AGM) Vincent William Wine | Madison, Ohio Vincent William Wine is a winery, restaurant, and lakefront inn located on Lake Erie in Ohio Wine Country. We are entering an exciting period of growth and are seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations, elevate the guest experience, and support our team as we continue building one of the region's premier hospitality destinations. What You'll Do Lead front-of-house operations and service standards Coach, train, and develop staff Assist with scheduling, labor management, and shift execution Support restaurant, bar, events, and inn operations Handle guest recovery and resolve issues with professionalism Maintain accountability, cleanliness, and operational standards Work closely with ownership and department leaders to improve systems and performance Help drive sales, guest satisfaction, and team culture What We're Looking For 3+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Experience with high-volume restaurants, hotels, wineries, country clubs, or upscale hospitality concepts preferred Nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Compensation Competitive salary: $60,000-$70,000+ Benefits payments through QSEHRA Paid time off Employee discounts Growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding hospitality business About Vincent William Wine Located on the shores of Lake Erie, Vincent William Wine combines a winery, restaurant, cocktail program, event venue, and seven-room inn into a unique hospitality experience.
