Primary Responsibilities Directing the daily operations of a shift Ensuring compliance of Cottage Inn standard operating procedures in all areas of operation Daily opening or closing shift duties Food ordering and inventory Store scheduling Product preparation Assisting in managing Delivery & Crew members Guest/customer relations Reporting maintenance issues Inventory and team management Training newly onboarded staff members Provide exemplary customer service Cleaning and organizing workstations Reviewing quality of product Assists with corporate marketing plans Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Possess a valid driver's license 3 years of Pizza experience (Required) 2 years Restaurant Management experience (Required) Flexible schedule (40-45 hours a week) Salary / Benefits Expectations Up to $55,000 per year (Based on experience) Annual Bonus based on store sales volume and performance PTO Healthcare Coverage Opportunity for promotions and internal advancement
