Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Food Service Manager to lead our dining operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily food service activities, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will drive efficiency, foster teamwork, and promote a positive environment for both staff and patients. Responsibilities Supervise all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality service. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Oversee inventory control, food production, and food safety management practices to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations. Lead staff training initiatives, including onboarding, ongoing development, and performance evaluations. Coordinate shift management, ensuring smooth operations during busy hours while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment. Analyze profit and loss reports to optimize operational efficiency and support budgeting efforts. Requirements Minimum Education and Experience Minimum two (2) years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility, or related medical facility preferred.
