Restaurant Manager Benefits:

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor in a full-service or fast-casual environment Experience managing a diverse team Positive, enthusiastic attitude People who expect and deliver their best selves

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Schedule and manage hourly team members with consistency and integrity Control inventory, including portion controls, purchasing, and tracking Train Team Members on proper guest service and uphold high standards Monitor quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings Other duties as assigned
