Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and compliance. Manage food and labor costs, inventory, ordering, and waste reduction. Partner with front-of-house leadership to create a seamless guest experience. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For 2+ years of kitchen management or culinary leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Solid understanding of food safety, inventory management, and cost controls. Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
