Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow during all shifts Supervise and train staff on food preparation, customer service, POS systems (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and food safety protocols Oversee inventory control, including food handling, food production, and supply management to minimize waste and optimize costs Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile register reports at shift end Support kitchen management by supervising food preparation, cooking processes, and maintaining quality standards in both casual dining and fine dining environments Lead staff training initiatives on hospitality management, team leadership, and managerial communication to foster a motivated team atmosphere Monitor health and safety compliance, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards Assist with budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and implementing strategies to improve restaurant profitability Requirements Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant settings or casual dining environments with supervisory responsibilities Demonstrated knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking procedures, and kitchen management Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Strong background in inventory control, food safety management, and food handling procedures Excellent team management skills with experience in staff training, interviewing, and supervising hospitality teams Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and inventory purposes Previous assistant manager or restaurant management experience preferred; managerial communication skills are essential Knowledge of catering, banquet service, bar operations or coffee service is a plus Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
