ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
As an Assistant General Manager at Traditions Hospitality Group, you will be a key player in our establishment, contributing to its success through your leadership, expertise, and dedication. Collaborating closely with our team, you will help ensure the delivery of exceptional service and unforgettable experiences to our guests.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in managing overall operations, including staff supervision, guest relations, and facility maintenance. Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive business growth. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling, budget management, and reporting.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospitality-related role. Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge (if applicable). Must be able to obtain an ABLE license (if applicable). Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Willingness to travel as required.WORKING CONDITIONS
