Knowledge:
Budget tracking and expense management experience Attention to detail regarding home systems, with the ability to communicate with appropriate experts as needed Experience with event management software or scheduling tools Customer service or guest relations background Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Hospitality, Hotel/Restaurant or related field Event management experience- 2-4 years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, facilities management, or a related field preferred
- Experience managing events, vendors, and property or facility operations
- Experience with budget tracking and working with financial processes
- Background in guest services, customer service, or administrative support, preferably in a professional or higher education setting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Experience in hospitality, event planning, facilities management, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of service and presentation
- Experience working with vendors and managing service providers
- Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends as needed for events Club management experience or management in a private club setting A working knowledge of food, labor, and inventory controls Skills, Proficiencies, and/or
