This energetic position combines management responsibilities with hands-on service, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality food service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to safety standards. Lead and motivate team members, providing training, coaching, and development to foster a high-performing staff. Oversee food preparation and food safety management, maintaining quality standards across all menu items. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Control inventory levels, monitor food production, and assist with food management to minimize waste and maximize profit. Handle customer service issues promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving complaints professionally. Assist with shift management, including scheduling staff, coordinating tasks, and maintaining smooth workflow during busy hours. Requirements Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments or casual dining settings with supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols. Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling is essential. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing hospitality teams, supervising staff, and conducting training sessions. Background in food industry management including inventory control, food safety management, and profit & loss analysis. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and lead team development initiatives. Prior experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles is highly preferred; hospitality or hotel experience is a plus.
